WVPTA recognizes Sally Oxley in continued celebration of APTA’s centennial year. Each month WVPTA is celebrating its own history by highlighting those who have significantly contributed to our mission and growth as a state chapter.

Sally Oxley, PT, CHT, OCS, Cert. MDT, has been a dedicated servant to the profession of Physical Therapy in West Virginia her entire career. She has spent time in professional service as a member of the WV Board of Physical Therapy as well as a board member and committee chair (Payer Relations) for the WV Chapter of the APTA. Sally has continually provided mentorship for emerging leaders in all areas of practice and advocacy. Her impact on the practice of physical therapy in WV is realized by clinicians daily with regards to scope of practice and reimbursement for services. Thank you Sally for your tireless work on behalf of our profession, our clinicians, and the patients that we serve!
