WVPTA hosts Student Leadership Academy building leaders for tomorrow. Eight students participated in this years virtual Student Leadership Academy hearing from keynote speaker Dr. Lisa DeFrank-Cole, Professor and Director of WVU’s Leadership Studies program, on the development of leadership skills. WVPTA president Scott Davis kicked off the morning with the Wooden Pyramid of Success bringing a practical example of servant leadership. Students also heard from Board of Directors of the WVPTA, our Chief Delegate, Committee representatives, student leaders and recent graduates.
