On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, the Senate passed a resolution to recognize the American Physical Therapy Association’s 100th Anniversary, and honor the West Virginia Physical Therapy Association at the same time.
Sen. Eric Tarr, R-Putnam, who is a physical therapist, was joined by Senate President Craig Blair, Senator Mike Romano of Harrison County, Senator Richard Lindsay of Kanawha County and resolution co-sponsor Senator Mike Caputo of Marion County in making remarks about the valuable service physical therapists provide for their patients.
