Recently APTA joined 108 other health care organizations in the attached letter to Congress outlining deep concerns about the recently released proposed 2022 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule rule that includes broad cuts to a wide range of providers. The letter requests that Congress intervene and provide stability to the fee schedule by providing additional funding to maintain the 3.75% increase to the conversion factor (CF) through at least calendar years 2022 and 2023. The letter was delivered electronically to all members of Congress Friday July 23, 2021. Log in to your WVPTA account and head to payor relations to view a copy of the letter.
