Conference Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by Friday, August 9, 2024, will receive full refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after Friday, August 9, 2024.
Group Discount Policy:
A discount will be applied to registrations of PTs and PTAs registered as a group.
A 5% discount for 5 registrations, 10% for 10 registrations, and 15% for 15 registrations. Students are exempt from the discount.

Registration includes:
-drinks and light hors d’oeuvres at the Friday evening Welcome Reception
-morning and afternoon beverages and snack service
-lunch buffet on Saturday
-Dinner on Saturday night is not included in registration; however, drink tickets and pizza will be provided at the “Pizza and Pints with the PAC” event at Short Story Brewing on Saturday at 7:00- 9:00PM. All conference attendees and vendors are invited to join.
*Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is included in the hotel stay for guests staying at the Embassy Suites but is not included in conference registration. Dinner on Saturday is not included in conference registration.
