Room reservations may also be made by phone by calling the Embassy Suites at 1-800-EMBASSY. You must identify yourself as part of the American Physical Therapy Association – West Virginia (APTA-WV) group to receive the discounted room block rate. The APTA-WV Discount Room Block will close on July 31, 2026. To receive the discount rate, reservations must be made no later than July 31, 2026.

The discounted room rate is $129.00 per night plus taxes and fees. The student discounted room rate is $119.00 per night plus taxes and fees.  Both room blocks are first-come, first-served.
